DrCB can also deliver a Telemedicine Solution that allows for the lease or purchase of the telemedicine technology giving a organization the ability to populate the platform with their own proprietary network of physicians.

Tom Wallace, Jr. has been in the healthcare & employee benefit industry for 24 years. He is Nationally award-winning business owner & sales manager and professional with extensive experience in developing and growing employee benefit companies through health care and employee benefit technology, products and services for companies that range in size from 100 to 1.3 million employees.

Charles has more than 30 years of financial and operations management, including software design, manufacturing, marketing, branding and distribution of healthcare products. He began his career in the early 1970's when he and his partner founded Westside Communications. During his tenure at Westside Communications he and his partner built the company from a two-man operation to a multimillion-dollar business serving nine southeastern states and more than 125 hospital customers.
In the early 1980's he saw a need to automate the process and delivery of patient requests. He founded Wescom a healthcare technology company and led the development of a patient-centric common path communications platform. In 2006 he rebranded Wescom as Intego Systems, Inc. Currently over 300 hospitals across the country are using this technology. In February of 2012 he negotiated the sale of Intego Systems, Inc. to Critical Alert Systems, LLC and became an equity partner in Critical Alert Systems.

William (Bill) Monteith has been involved in building companies as an entrepreneur his entire career. He starting out in sales in greater Los Angeles. In 1987 Bill was offered a partnership in Bankmark a startup financial services company located in New Jersey. Bankmark grew to over 500 employees with gross sales of 650 million. In 1993 Bankmark was sold to Conseco, based in Carmel, Indiana.

Denny has over 15 years of experience in the benefits and investments business. He has worked as a District Manager with Modern Woodmen of America, a VP with Fisher Investments and has also owned his own benefits and investment firm. Denny has received dozens of awards for both sales in the financial services arena as well as top recognition as a sales manager.
Denny recognizes the growing concern that millions of Americans have with healthcare and is extremely excited to be a part of a solution. Being a business owner, he also realizes that DrCB brings answers to many of the major issues that companies have with providing good benefits to their employees.

Mr. Roberson, 68 a native North Carolinian now living in Memphis Tennessee, received his undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MBA from the University of Georgia. He is a CPA, having spent 21 years in the international accounting firm KPMG before joining Conwood Company in 1992 as CFO. Mr. Roberson was later named President of Conwood LLC where, among other duties, was actively engaged in overall business operations, strategic planning, governmental and legislative affairs at the state and Federal level. He retired from Conwood in January 2007 and has since been engaged in consulting and active in numerous start-up businesses, primarly in the healthcare and bioscience area.

Norman is currently the Managing Director of Blake Group Advisors. He is also a principal with the W Group Solutions in Chicago as well as being a principal with Dr Connection Benefits. He focuses his time on creating and coordinating opportunities between these entities. He was a Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch for twenty-four years before starting Blake Group Advisors. He has been part of private equity investments including real estate, insurance, oil and gas production, green energy solutions, Electronic medical records and pharmaceuticals.

Gary is an experienced entrepreneur, public and private company CEO, and chief strategist with a track record of business growth from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Industries include technology, medical/biotech, military-aerospace housing/construction and transportation industries, among others.
Gary and his partners have built companies with exceptional investor returns while generating aggregate revenues of over $1B USD. Strong experience in strategic planning, marketing, funding, investor relations, global marketing/branding, key account sales, strategic channel development/management, supply chain management, product development/R&D, manufacturing, information systems technology, quality systems, and corporate governance. His key strengths are the ability to assess/predict market trends, and to set strategic direction to enable an organization to meet current and future goals.

Robert Wallace
National Sales Associate
Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Robert completed his undergraduate work at Rhodes College in 1988 where he was a 4 year letterman in soccer. After graduation, he embarked on a career in the financial services industry. After working the option pits at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, he returned to Memphis, got married, and entered the employee benefits business. Within a few years, he started his own consulting firm specializing in alternate ways to fund health benefits. Robert was able to show his clientele how to save 20%-60% on health benefits by simply funding them in a new, unique way that took advantage of 50 year old tax code. This innovation drove his success for many years allowing his firm to double in size every 2 years. Always on the prowl for ways to innovate, he recognized the potential for telemedicine to coincide with his benefits delivery model. Robert is the father of two teenage boys and continues to coach and play competitive soccer.
